SYSTEM AMADA
European Precision Style press brake tooling is designed for those who demand the best and have exacting standards. All our European Precision Style press brake tooling are manufactured from premium tool steel with induction heat treated for extra durability.
Our System Amada style tooling comprises a diversity of punches, dies and accessories accessible in segmented, full-length and half-length sizes to suit approximately any metal bending applications.
The optimal and ideal materials used are:
- 42CrMo4, toughened to 1100 – 1200 N/mm2
- C45, 650 – 800 N/mm²
- C45, toughened to 800 – 850 N/mm2
SYSTEM TRUMPF
Our System Trumpf product possesses a bending radius hardened up to 52–55 HRC. The material used is 42CrMo4, tempered to 1100 – 1200 N/mm2, C45, tempered to 800 – 850 N/mm2, and C45, 650 – 800 N/mm².
The product is usable on both sides. The punch or top-tool clamping comes in two diverse models.
- Simple clamp at segments < 12,5 kg
- Safety pin at segments > 12,5 kg
SYSTEM WILA
The optimum materials used in System Wila are 42 CrMo4, tempered to 1100 – 1200 N/mm2, and C45, tempered to 800 – 850 N/mm2.
The Punch tool clamping of Wila type I is easily usable on both sides. The punch and top-tool clamping of Wila type I comes in two varied models: Simple Clamp at segments < 12,5 kg and Safety pin at segments > 12,5 kg.
SYSTEM LVD
The System LVD leverages optimum materials comprising 42 CrMo4, tempered to 1100 – 1200 N/mm2, C45, tempered to 800 – 850 N/mm2, and C45, 650 – 800 N/mm². The intake radii are hardened up to 52–55 HRC.
The top-tool clamping possesses two varied models – Simple Clamp at segments < 12,5 kg and Safety pin at segments > 12,5 kg.
